The Most Un-American Process in America? (At a minimum, in the American military)

Below is a table contrasting the Constitutionally-assured rights outlined in the 6th Amendment and Brady Law, with those of the rights of subjects/complainants in our military’s administrative investigation process.

We find it to be an egregious shortcoming of our military institution that our service members, who are expected to protect the Constitution, can have those rights and protections so capriciously denied through the flawed and corrupt system of “justice” which is the military’s administrative investigation process.
