This article reflects on growing frustration within parts of the force and veteran community regarding perceived gaps between institutional promises and lived experience. It considers the idea of “boycott” not as a literal action, but as a metaphor for disengagement, loss of trust, and declining confidence in military systems of accountability. The piece explores what it means when individuals feel unheard, and how institutions might respond when confidence in internal correction mechanisms begins to erode.
